Great butter tarts. Food was good. Great service. Place was busy.

Madelyn’s is a cute little diner just outside Stratford. The staff was friendly and efficient.. we received our menus and orders in good time. The wings were AMAZING.. juicy and flavorful and the jalapeño poppers were right on point. We opted to sit out on the patio as it was a nice day and the tables inside were quite full. The only thing that bothered us were the insane number of flies all over the patio. They were everywhere.. maybe the company could invest in some fly traps? We counted at least 17 just around our table. Madelyn’s butter tarts are really really good. We saw the ads for them and took a half dozen home. Wonderful place! We look forward to returning next summer. Thank you Madelyn’s!

Stop in every now and then and have no been disappointed yet. We recently ate on the lovely outdoor patio. Service was fast and friendly. The food was great aswell!

Straight up, fantastic Fish n Chips. Only place in Ontario I would ever eat that. And the butter tarts...order ahead or they will be out of the one you want to try. Melt on your mouth, and Huge! Totally worth the detour.

Wonderful! The fish and chips were great! Staff was excellent! They allowed us to have our small dog on the patio while we ate. The butter tarts were amazing! Senior portion included soup or juice and was excellent size.
