I have been buying their products for years and their employees have been extremely informative and helpful with every phone order I have placed. In cases where someone didn't know a technical answer, they didn't hesitate to seek out another employee who did in order to resolve my question. Unlike some other reviewers, I was never made to feel like any of my questions didn't warrant their full attention and thorough response. Their shipping rates are very reasonable and the turnaround time on orders is second to none.
