I have now had 3 kitchen countertops fabricated and installed now by Quality Granite and Quartz. I own several rental units and have had them do the work as I update my properties. I have only positive words about them. The quality of my quartz tops are excellent - they look fabulous. They are the highlight of my kitchens - they take my otherwise standard rental unit and elevate it to a much higher level. The quartz top is noticed by every prospective tenant that I bring through my unit. They all comment on it. Spending the little bit extra to upgrade my kitchen from a laminate top - to quartz has helped me attract a larger pool of tenants - and is maintenance free, which is a great long term investment for me. The timing from templating to installation is very fast - which is also of key importance to me when these are income properties, and getting them ready to market quickly - saves me time, effort and money.
