We bought Samsonite luggage using their website. Very easy to pick out what we wanted, plus as a promo they were offering a free tote bag with purchase and they were providing free shipping.
We ordered at 10:30am on Tuesday and by 11:30am on Wednesday, the UPS truck was pulling into our driveway with our new luggage!!! Fantastic!

I was working in town for the week and decided to stop in because I was looking to replace my computer backpack.

I had been to several Samsonite stores in the past and was never had a good experience. This location by far was the best in terms of product knowledge and customer service!

As a matter-of-fact, I was so impressed with the way I was treated, I returned a few days later to look for a suitcase.

I will definitely return next time I am in the Stratford area.
