Service Canada Centre

Had appt on Thursday, May 25, 2023 with Service Canada office to file app for Passport. I received it by personal post on Tuesday, June 6th, 2023! Fantastic Service from a great gal there and all the staff involved. Thank you!

I had booked an appointment, was seen promptly and clerk was super efficient, making sure every detail was correct. My passport was promised for mid-June but arrived by mail in 10 days. Fantastic service. Thanks to all involved.

Visited the centre for passport application without an appointment on a Friday morning around 9:30 am. There were only a couple of people waiting before us. The security guard directed us to a couple of chairs in waiting area. We were called up in 15 mins. The agent was knowledgeable and courteous. She was also efficient and organized. We were all done in 20 mins. If you have all your documents accuately filled, you should be done in 40 mins. Fantastic experience!!!

We needed to get our passports and thought Stratford would not be as busy as Kitchener. We were correct. Paola, who was the clerk that processed our applications, was very pleasant to work with and was extremely thorough, quick and efficient. Overall a great experience. Just wanted to mention that google maps has the wrong address. It's not Lorne west it's east.
