Had Andrew from Sommers team here to fire a new unit. Very confident and professional. I was to expect him between noon and 1pm, he called me at 12:05 to say he would be closer to 1 and was on time. You don't get that kind of consideration very often and I like it. Also Chantelle is wonderful to deal with over the phone when you call the shop. Looking forward to a great relationship with this company.

It's a 5 star company because they hire the best qualified team to repair and sell their products. Very rarely are there any complaints abt service to any product that comes in. Especially the motor repairs. The man who runs and operates this department has 50 years of experience with these motors. He trains himself with up to date repairs and new modern motors and has had no complaints abt his work. He's been doing this since he was a young teenager. He comes from overseas where motors are used abundantly for operating many different types of units on fans, machinery, flood gates etc.
Also, their generator department has many talented career oriented people that have quality and service always in the frontlines of their work. They work together well and help one another when they need it.
You would not regret buying your generator here. So many homes are still without one and that is sad because when we have an ice storm or winter snow storm, these generators come in very handy to keep people's homes safe and warm. Keep your appliances running as well so your food won't get damaged and you can still cook and have your coffee hot the way you always want it!!🤗😜🤓🥰💥💥😇
