I have never had an issue with my dr and his recent fill ins. They have all been great, taking my families health problems seriously and getting stuff looked after promptly. The nurse has also been nothing but kind and caring. She tries her best to be on top of things. The front desk area I feel needs a little boost at times .but other than that they have all been great in my experience.

I had the best experience there and feel the office is run efficiently however I tried to call this morning to cancel my 9am appointment because I have the flu. I became sick lastnight in the evening when the office was closed, I tried to call this morning at 8am when the office opens however the answering machine says they dont answer the phones until 9am by that time I cant even give them an hour notice that I cant make the appointment. If the office opens at 8am then they should be answering the phones at that time as well.

This site should be broken down into components as there are too many different specialties at this site to be fair in the ratings, from pharmacy (which is very good, very friendly - and gives parking passes), to the Lab (so nice to go directly from your doctor to the lab instead of making a side trip or appointment - more parking passes), and then there are other services for foot care, various doctors, mental health and dietary people. If your doctor is in the clinic, then it is a very convenient place to receive multiple services quickly. The $3 parking fee is a pain, but many of the services provide parking passes, so if you are picking up a prescription or having other work done, then that is covered.
