They also provide dance class for toddlers and up. As well as other events throughout the year, you can visit their website or also check out there Facebook page for future events.

(April 11, 2019, 12:22 am)They have everything! I go for chiropractic treatment but they also have massage therapy, physio, personal training and of course a full gym tons of classes even for kids! Oh and a smoothie bar!!! N u can purchase healthy frozen meals. It's always clean always incredibly friendly! I literally and willingly go out of my way just to get treatment here!!!
