It's truly the best steak we've ever had, even the outside round roasts have marbling through the meat making them more tender than a roast from a different kind of cow. I didn't know that the breed of cow makes a huge difference in the meat quality. The farmer explained to us how Speckle Park cows (the kind of cows they have) is the reason that the meat is so tender. Roasts, ribs, ground beef, steaks- everything is incredibly delicious and excellent quality at an affordable price.
I'll be ordering another 1/4 cow when we go through this order. Never buying the ridiculous over priced meat from the grocery store again. All of our family and friends are buying from Trestle Creek now too. Cut out the middle man, buy direct from the farm and support your local farmer.🤠 They need our support now more than ever 💗
