Joe was very helpful with my broken fridge. He was unable to come to my home due to a cold, but walked me through the symptoms of my fridge over the phone and determined it was not worth repairing. Since there is a shortage of refrigerators available on the market Joe offered me a good used one for $100. It was the best $100 I'd spent in a while. As it works perfectly and will do until I can buy a new fridge. Then this one will become my new beer fridge. 👍😃
Our fridge broke suddenly and they took my call late at night and came as fast as possible (called Sunday and they came Tuesday which, during the pandemic, is quick). Was super courteous and fast on site, and provided great advice about repair options and where to find a new fridge on sale.
