I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful the team is at Norwood Veterinary Services. The staff here go ABOVE and beyond any expectations and deliver services that are simply unmatched by any other veterinary office I have ever been to. I have several dogs all with differing needs and the staff are all so friendly, warm, knowledgeable and accommodating every. single. time. One of the biggest takeaways for me is how you can tell they truly care for the animals they see and it is not merely a transactional appointment like many other places I have been to over the years. I truly would recommend this place to ANYONE who is looking for a reliable, dependable and exceptional vet services . I trust every single member of this team whole-heartedly with my fur babies. You can't go wrong by taking your pet to Norwood Veterinary Services. My only regret is not finding my way to them sooner.

We would like to say Thank you so much for taking in our Honey when we were turned away by every other vet service in the Belleville Area. She was in an emergency situation having had a stroke and seizures on our travels. This team were caring and treated Honey in a professional , caring and loving way. They were thorough with her treatment and prognosis. They were compassionate when it was time for her to go to Puppy Heaven. A wonderful vet team

This is such a fantastic Veterinary establishment. Our Vet relocated here from another location and we have followed and feel very lucky to be clients here. He is the best Vet we have ever dealt with but I have to say all of the staff and other Vets (owners) here are second to none. The techs and receptionists are super friendly and do their best to accommodate and get your pet seen as quickly as possible. The owner and our vet have called us after hours to follow up on the condition of our dog after an illness and they are always in contact to ensure he is recovering/handling medications well. We commute over two hours just to come here and consider the drive worth it just to deal with these wonderful people. Thank you for the great service and treating our dog like your own. You guys rock!
