Nothing but good things to say about Kelly's Propane. Always on time with propane deliveries. Excellent experience with all sections of the service from the office staff to the tech staff to the delivery drivers. Hassle free and always there to answer questions. They always return calls promptly.

A couple of weekends ago our furnace stopped working.We called our service company, who told us our propane had run out. A quick call to Kelly's and they were there within the hour to fill up our tanks. But we were out for two service calls to diagnose and check our furnace and water heater. When I contacted Kelly's, they immediately credited our account for the $300+ in charges we incurred. They acknowledged their mistake and rectified it in a professional, honest and honourable manner. I was impressed, and I give my highest recommendation to Kelly's. This is the kind of company I want to deal with.

We installed a back up generator this fall and needed a propane tank and service to power it. From first contact through final tank fill-up, Kelly’s was a pleasure to work with. Scott visited our site very quickly after we contacted him and took us through service and location options. From there, he and the Kelly’s team made sure our new tank arrived in advance of the generator install and that our tank was filled promptly ahead of a large winter storm arrival. That storm had our new system running for 3 days straight ... less than a week after our tank was filled ... and it worked perfectly. Thanks to everyone at Kelly’s for getting us set-up so quickly and easily.

Kelly's has always been reliable, with great rates. But they went above and beyond in solving a problem left over from a previous supplier...a problem with no solution for 4 years until now. A heartfelt thank you to Scott and Chris for finding an ingenious solution. I am more than impressed with the people working with Kelly's Propane.
