(October 22, 2020, 1:34 am)We just recently purchased a hot tub from Oasis and couldn't be more impressed with the knowledge and customer service. More importantly then customer service prior to a purchase, is the service after the purchase. They have been amazing before and after our purchase. John, the owner even came into the office when they were closed to meet me (I am from out of town) so that I could pick up a part he had ordered for me.
I will be a return customer and would strongly recommend this business!
(October 16, 2020, 10:38 pm)2pm on a Friday afternoon (Oct 16th if the owner wants to know what an amazing job the employee is doing) and we were the only ones in the store at the time....the young lady met us at the entrance as we walked in and was extremely polite and helpful! She knew what we needed and gave us instructions on how to use them. Wish more store employees had her level of customer service!! Keep up the fantastic work, we will continue to use this location for all our spa needs!!
