Highly recommend. Steve shows up, gets the job done efficiently and professionally. Provides great insight for problem solving complicated projects and solid ideas on how to improve plans for a better end result and cost efficiency.
His years of experience show in the finished product.
Steve is one of the most responsible contractors I have ever dealt with, if not the most responsible. Our project took over 1 year of discussions and planning, he started the work when he said he work, he finished the work when he said he would, shared photos of the progress, the work came in on budget, and our neighbours keep coming over and telling me how great the finished project looks like. We've since had Excav8te work on 3 other asks, and each time we get the value add of professionalism, advice on how to stretch our dollar, and quality work. It wasn't an easy build as the site has many steep slopes and obstacles, but he grinded it out and the results speak for themselves. Thank you Steve and the team at Excav8te!!
Excav8te tore down my garage and levelled out my driveway, making it a fully usable space again. They were quick and efficient in the job itself, and they also kept me up to date with progress as we waited for snow to melt so we could work on the project to start. I would highly recommend their services! Thanks folks!
Excav8te Construction constructed an entrance driveway from Hwy 7 onto our property a couple of months ago. And they cleared the trees for us. Yesterday was the first time we were able to see our property without the snow! Great job with the culvert installation & gravelled driveway, Steve! Also, no trees so I can see the potential for a house!---Mina
