Super happy with how fast and the quality of floors that Focus Flooring provided with a very large facility I work for!

Tyler installed our basement flooring and did an amazing job.

The time between ordering and delivery and install ws less than a week.

Only challenge: showroom support needs some tweaking. Dedicated staff for showroom might be a good idea, so that admin/front desk and warehouse isn't being manned by Doug nor are admin people with minimal training) knowledge of product and install handling inquiries.

But overall we would buy from there again, for sure!

We have dealt with the team at Focus Flooring for both hardwood and stone and can't say enough good things about them. Their service is exceptional and they know their products inside out. Great communication, fantastic willingness to assist in sourcing out the perfect solution, and fair pricing. I dont know what more we could ask for. It's rare to find businesses in this day and age that deliver on what they commit to and having found one, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Doug is extremely knowledgeable about all types of flooring, the prices are bang on! With a MASSIVE selection, would not go anywhere else for flooring, in the kawartha lakes region!!
