I was trying to buy a Ravensburger GraviTrax for a friend's daughter for a Solstice gift. Went through the process, and when the order summary came up, I got a message saying the item wasn't in stock at the store.

So, I cancelled and reordered it from the main website, for delivery. That order processed, then I got a call from the store to say they had seen my original order, and had been opening a few boxes that had just been delivered, and one of them just happened to have had a bunch of GraviTrax's inside.

I sort of groaned, and said thanks, but I've just ordered it online, which was meh, okay, but I didn't know if it would arrive on time.

The staff at the store, Max and AJ, took the time to find my order on the company website and cancel it. They then stuck one up at the counter for me and promised to hold it till I could get in to pick it up.

Great. proactive customer service, One Awesome Toy off the list in excellent time for Solstice, and it was 25% off to boot.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Store is always clean and tidy. Very great experience!

If you are looking for excellent quality toys for kids I would definitely recommend Mastermind. Their products are not cheap and their prices reflect that. We were looking for a good quality world globe for our grandsons and they had just what we wanted. In store staff were very helpful!

I get it, this place is expensive, but it's so much fun. You can spend hours in that small store looking at all the toys. Sometimes I debate if I would rather buy the toy for my nephew or myself. If I can't decide no one is stopping me from buying two of the same thing. It's nice cause they always have items in stock, which means you don't have to worry about empty shelves. Even if you decide to buy that toy an hour before the party, cause life is busy, chances are good that it will be there.
