Krystal went above and beyond. I came in to purchase a new tablet but after speaking with her about the issues I was having with it she advised me that I infact did not need a new one. She fixed my tablet and gained a long term customer. Krystal saved me a lot of money and stress. She did it all with a smile!!!

I bought a TV almost 3 years ago. TV quit recently I contacted extended warranty and they had it checked and deemed it unfixable and with 2 weeks left of warranty the gave me a brand new TV. This one is nicer than the original 1. They were very easy to deal with and fast too. Highly recommend.

A laptop that I purchased went on sale within 30 days and the two fellows were very helpful to allow me to return and repurchase it 🙂

Our son was in search of Galaxy Buds and Tina was the representative that helped us out. She is an absolutely amazing person with a level of customer service that you don't see often. What an awesome experience, we will be back!!
