My roommates and I came in this morning and had an amazing experience. Each staff member is so cheerful and goes out of their way to provide timely, genuine customer service. Special shout out to Sue (in training) for being so on-the-ball and fostering lovely connections with customers!! Thank you for such a great Tim Hortons experience! We love you

We stopped in to check out the newest Tim Horton’s in Peterborough. It is so clean and spacious. The staff there are wonderful and the service was very quick. We sat down and enjoyed our delicious lunch.

Unhygienic and disrespectful services. Not welcoming and seems like they would rather not serve you and hand all their food to their employees, like they do in the middle of the store. While on the topic of employees, you can regularly hear them swearing in the back, very unprofessional and disappointing. (This picture of the fly on the donut is just an example, we've seen it here before, no attempt is made for things like this not to happen).

The store finally opened!

They actually had a community event tonight, it was quite kind to get a pm treat and beverage.

The place looks amazing!
