Water Depot Peterborough

If not me, my wife will pick up our water at the Water Depot on Clonsilla Ave In Peterborough. Today, my wife dealt with Richard. Rich is a very personable guy to deal with-very knowledgeable and friendly. He also helps her out by putting the jugs in our car. Richard and the staff here are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Well done! Bob and Joan Hill Phillips Court Lakehurst Ontario.

I had a wonderful experience there. I came in very unsure of what I needed and I was helped by the kindest young lady . I’ll definitely return

They were very prompt to book a sales visit to check our water at our new house build, (not living there yet.) Appt set for after 3pm and by 6pm no call and no one showed up. I left a vm, and a call back came in by 7pm, telling me something came up and they should've called me. I sat there waiting for 4 hours. If this is any indication how their service will be I would not recommend them. We won't be using them.

I wanted to add to my previous review that I have changed my rating. Water Depot has restored my faith in customer service. They are trying to make things right and I appreciate this. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but I will say that people deserve second changes and I appreciate Water Depot reaching out to me and making things right. I do recommend them.
