(October 9, 2018, 11:47 pm)Steve's Auto (3801 Hwy #28 Douro - Drummer) is a reputable facility. Staff are courteous, warm, and friendly. Technicians are always professional. Repairs are performed in a timely efficient manner. I have never experienced (neglectful) hands-on breakage of parts and / or damage to any of my vehicles. Theft is not an issue. Vehicles are left freshly clean and washed. Costs are reasonable. High grade products are used exclusively and the customer has peace of mind knowing that they are only billed for actual replacement parts and repairs. No unexpected follow-up / add-on repairs that should have been correctly diagnosed - and explained - prior to service. No excuses.
