I've used Personal Touch Limo on four separate occasions for concert runs to Toronto and have had nothing but great experiences! The couple of negative reviews I've read here lead me to believe they must be written by a competitor or by one of those types of people who no one can possibly please.
We've had a few different drivers over the years and every one of them has been super nice, professional and timely. Don & Carol are always a pleasure to deal with when scheduling out our appointments as well. This is definitely the way a family business should be run!
