From the sign-up, through installation and setup, they provided detailed, timely, and friendly customer service. Plus, their internet speed is far better than that of our previous ISP.

One very polite technician stood in the cold snow of November to check for a signal, for quite a while, until he was able to find out where the dish had to be located. The follow up support was also excellent.
Based on my experience, I would recommend RuralLynx to anyone who needs their service.

Their service has been exceptional! Fast and reliable! The few moments of downtown weve seen were resolved quickly and effectively. We've loved our switch away from Bell and cannot recommend Ray and his team enough.
