If you are buying a house, or selling your house, or just want somebody to give your place the once-over, Marc is your man. He was happy to have me follow him around as he did his inspection, and generously poured decades of experience into my head. As a result of his rigorous efforts, we uncovered a few items that allowed us to negotiate a discount on our purchase (which otherwise would have had to come out of our own pocket, since we would not have discovered them until after the sale, probably a year or two down the road, when the problems would have been far more expensive). Marc has made himself available for follow up questions following the inspection, as we are now "part of the family", and I now feel like I really know my new (actually very old) house, even before I move in!

A truly eye-opening experience. Money very very well spent!
