Light House Healing Yoga & Massage Therapy

I was in so much pain and had 2 visits with Sheldon last week. Not only did I receive the best massage restorative treatment I have ever had but he shared why I was in pain and how I can fix this going forward. I am doing the work and on the road to recovery thanks to Sheldon.

I am new to Massage Therapy, therefore, I was unsure what to expect from my session, however from the time I arrived, to the time I departed, I have never felt so relaxed. Sheldon provided a calm, relaxing and educational session.
I am within my early thirties, work an office job that often has me sitting the majority of the day and with that has come body aches/pains that I often ignore as life is busy and personal care is often on the backburn for mothers or workaholics. With that being said, I am so grateful I pushed myself to book a sessions with Sheldon at Lighthouse as I had the best sleep yesterday evening following my session, my body feels relaxed, I feel as if I can breath deeper and my mind is ready to take on the world; I have already booked my next Massage Therapy session!

I go to Sheldon often for deep tissue message and cupping. Each time the session are amazing, healing and grounding.
I’ve attended Samantha’s yoga classes as well and felt very calm and connected after each class. I totally recommend working with this beautiful couple ❤️

Booking an appointment was super easy, both Sheldon and Samantha have been kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
