Sales staff were very friendly and helpful. Furniture price of the leather sofa that we were interested in was cheaper than the competitors that we had compared with.

We just took delivery of a new sofa a week ago. We discovered a creak and called Heritage. We went to the showroom and discussed it with Keith the owner. He made everything so easy and hassle free. He came up with a solution and took care of replacing the couch. Jacqueline, David and Keith are amazing to deal with. They stand behind their products and the service has been top notch! Andrew and Troy were fast friendly and really amazing delivering. They were really careful bringing my product in and they really just rocked it. I've had friends that have dealt with Andrew in the past and have had wonderful things to say about them. Hopefully they are paid accordingly. Because they deserve it! Very impressed. It's great to see outstanding service from these guys after the sale is done and over with.
