(September 8, 2020, 7:59 pm)They screwed our order and even after telling them the correct order we were given double the sandwich, charged for it, wrong tea biscuit wanted cheese heated was given raisin cold, wanted 3 coffees one was double cream no sugar and we got cream with sugar. And the coffee was old as i take it black, and it tasted burnt. The people were nice enough, just had a really bad day !! Will not visit this particular Tims again. Drive though may have been busy but we went inside.

(July 29, 2020, 10:00 pm)I attended this location this morning and was really impressed with Ian’s costumer service. He was very polite, professional and overall very friendly! I told him so and said I really appreciated his service.
