While travelling to Family from Hamilton area to Peterborough area my husband had trouble with his breathing machine. I called VitaleAire explained the problem and she called a Consultant in Peterborough who called us and asked about the problem. She then said give me the address where you are and I will be there in an hour. She brought new machine which we were so appreciative of. We only expected to get advice on what we could do or if we should be worried about machine until we returned home. The Clinical Consultant , Mikelty Jackson went above and beyond our expectations and we were extremely happy. We have been using VitaleAire for about 6 years and the service when you call is always excellent.
They r very efficient at their various tasks !
