Andrew and Reg were amazing! Walked us through every step they were doing and did not miss anything that needed to be inspected. Reg was an amazing inspector. Everyone should have a home inspection, even on their own home, as he gives updated suggestions regarding insulation and even switch plate updates with breaker buttons on them. He explains how the air flows through the attic and advises on all aspects of roofing and what is preferred. It is all about keeping your home safe. We service our cars religiously and yet our homes we don't until we sell or buy? I learned a lot today as a buyer and my only regret is that I did not have Reg inspect my other homes over the years! Book him for the safety of your family!
