(September 10, 2020, 11:34 pm)I called two other shops in town to ask for a bolt that an out of town mechanic forgot to replace to hold up the rubber skirt under my engine, causing it to get caught under my tire when I drove. The first didn't answer any calls and had a full voicemail, and the second told me they could fit me in next week... The CarStar crew took me in, had it sanitized, reattached, and ready to go in 10 minutes. Absolutely stellar and everyone was lovely!
