One of the most important factors of finding a place to live is good property managers, Raf and Dorothy are the best kind of people.
If you ever have any kind of issues they will be 100% taken care of in a prompt manner. These people actually spend time renovating their units for new tenants. The parking situation is fantastic, the laundry facilities are great.
This is a relatively quiet building, I never heard much from any neighbors. Had I not moved to a different city for work I would not have moved out of this place. Would recommend it to anybody looking for a good quiet apartment
