The staff are very caring and accommodating. I have been a regular customer for the past 7yrs now. Sadly my little Schitzu, Max, passed away 6wks ago...I will miss my monthly visits .

Friendly knowledgeable staff. And you get air miles! :). They have all of my fur babies needs at decent prices.

Great store, great staff. Theyp are all friendly and helpful. They've often gone out of their way to locate and bring in a product I've requested that they don't have in stock. They're also very knowledgeable on the products they do carry.
