All staff was friendly and very knowledgeable . My vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
I had the extended warrantee and I needed some work done before it was to expire They made sure everything was done and covered even on the back ordered parts. The technician Murray did a fantastic job, as always.

We recently moved to the area and brought in two vehicles one for scheduled maintenance and one vehicle was making a grinding noise from the right rear of the vehicle.
When I called about the grinding noise I was given an appointment the next morning to align with our other appointment. This allowed us to head out in a courtesy Lincoln (beautiful car) while the work was being done.
The employees were professional from start to finish. They kept me apprised of their work - fortunately the grinding turned out to be a minor issue.
Service, quality and price were exceptional across the board.
I have been dealing with Holiday Ford for a few years, whether I have the car or the truck. They are always on time with the appointment, service is great, and very polite to deal with. Have never had a bad experience. A pleasant dealership to deal with
I was satisfied with the service done on my car, I was not impressed about I could not stay inside till it was done, I understand with what is going on with this vires but was told that I could not stay in waiting room till my car was done I am a seventy four years old and live out of town in rural area my husband and I only have one car, was asked if I wanted to rebook but I already had canceled one appointment I would have done but my oil light was on and we need our car to go to have blood test so I needed to have this done. I understand about distance but I had my mask on and gloves and they did not and was not six feet apart said because they can not have me inside as if another customer came in well this was April 21st very cold and windy day and said it would be about a hour and said go for a walk or call someone to pick me up call who and said ha cannot be closer then six feet you can not be six feet apart in car my kids don’t even come to my house give me a break I feel if they are open for service they should accommodate customers book appointment apart so if someone like me came in stay till car is done not everyone as two cars and live in town very cold hour been dealing with you for over thirty years I understand with this going on but think about it make seance ask each one if they have a ride when booking and then you can accommodate for each one bye ford.
