    Great gym, great workout. Ability to work at your own pace but there is always someone to push you to go a bit further than you think.

    Big clean facility, lots of equipment, lots of class choices for all ages, levels and ladies too. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Once you enter this gym you will feel welcome and part of a family. Whatever your martial arts or fitness needs are, you need to come speak with Kevin Henry and be a part of the Kawartha Combat family.

    I have been training Martial Arts for several years now and this gym is a hidden gem in Ontario. Coming to Peterborough from a big city filled with gym's I was very surprised to find a facility of this quality here in Peterborough. Classes and Coaches are top notch! If you want to learn Martial Arts in Peterborough, this is the place to go!

    Great place to train at to get in shape. Good group of people to work with. It's a hard workout but has rewarding results. I recommend everyone come by and check out the free trial period.

    Whether you want to train to compete in various events or just for fun and fitness this gym is the best.
