(February 18, 2020, 1:56 pm)It is a pleasure to deal with the staff at the Kaycan branch in Peterborough. We find their office and warehouse people fast and efficient letting us get to job sites in a timely manner.
When we order non-stock specialty items, they give us a date when material will arrive and it’s always on time. Price is important, but these days service is more important – Kaycan Peterborough has mastered both – a great company to deal with. Paula is in the office and Chris and Kevin in the warehouse – they do a great job. We couldn’t be happier with the service we receive – always a friendly voice on the phone and willing to go out of their way to help us.
