Medigas

My mom used numerous supplies from Medigas for the last year of her life.
One of the employees in particular mom took a shine to I believe his name was John.
He was very patient with her in setting up and showing her how to use her new machine.
He was always the one who came to refill/replace moms tanks, and she liked the fact that ( most times) it was the same friendly face.
Once mom passed, I called Medigas to come and get their equipment, and requested that it was the same man mom always dealt with.
As I knew mom would have liked the idea it was him that brought her the tanks and machines for the first time , and him that took them from her home for the last time..
The lady said the man in question John wasn't working that area that day, nor the next few days.
I understood as never hurts to ask.
She gave me a time later that day which I was unavailable but advised I'd be able to meet whoever Medigas sent the following morning. At 8 am the next day I got a phone call from none other then moms favorite guy John, who said he be more then happy to come get moms Equipment on his way to work. .
He knew the way mom was , and right till the very end showed her and myself a whole new level of going above and beyond, knowing it would have made moms day.. .
It was hard for me watching moms tank go out the door for the last time that day but I was happy it was you who came to take it.
