My husband and I have travelled a lot during the last 20 some years. During that time we have used a variety of travel agents.
The ladies here are professional, accurate, and extremely helpful in all aspects of planning our trip. It is our opinion that you will have to look long and hard to find any better.
If you have a problem, they can assist with it, but if you have booked on your own, you are screwed!
Most anything you can find online or in the paper, they can match. They are a great agency to deal with.

Over the past year and a half, I've worked with Kendra at Merit Travel in Peterborough on multiple occasions. I booked 3 group trips (for groups of college students volunteering abroad) and 1 trip for my colleague and I to attend a conference in Florida. Their groups booking department is top notch and quick to provide quotes for both flights and travel insurance. Merit Travel is so accommodating of special requests and their customer service is excellent.I'm booking 2 more college group trips in 2019 with Merit Travel as well - highly recommend! :)
