Visiting this store last week, my friend got a replacement vape at no cost... even thougit was 6 month's old.

Nice big selection with prices to fit about any budget. 1 if not the cleanest store in the city.

Really good selection,fair prices. I've been coming here for years, ever since they had a small shop in the Mews. They have always been super helpful with anything you could possibly need and the staff is always on point! I recommend trying the strawberry bar flavour for sure!

The store had a decent layout. You couldn't smell any of the flavours on sale so I was disappointed about that. There were no devices to use to test juices, which was also disappointing.

The young man working wasn't very friendly I found. I felt like he had a bit of an attitude which rubbed me the wrong way.

They seemed to have a nice selection of things but being a first time customer to this establishment, I felt I didn't get the warm experience I've had at competitors stores.

Overall, the store was okay, like I said, decent selection of juices and devices. Prices were competitive. Not a ton of parking but accessible when I went. Store was clean and organized. Would've received a higher star rating if not for that lacking in customer service skills.
