Very easy to arrange my rental unit, I emailed in and got booked in right away. I was also able to get through on the phone immediately during business hours which was great. I did face a challenge during my check in, however the team at my storage peterborough worked diligently to ensure my experience was turned around, and that I left a happy customer. A big thank you to Melissa for working very hard on this challenge. I would recommend renting here.

Two words - HIDDEN GEM. This facility is beautiful!!! So clean compared to the others I went to in Peterborough. They have so many great offers, they price matched for me too ! I had Courtney the site manager help me get all set up and it took under 15 minutes now I have 24/7 access. She was very helpful and I am going to recommend this place to everyone. Kinda hard to tell that the place is even there but very updated and clean

I signed up for a storage unit rental and the process literally took me under 25 minutes! 24 hour access is so handy and the place is sooo clean !!! I dealt with the site manager Courtney and she was too sweet ! Even went the extra mile to help me get moved in. Very professional place, and I will recommend to anyone I possibly can ! 10/10

I got a rental unit here and they gave me a moving truck for free ! I couldn’t believe it, I was pretty nervous to drive it but the girl in the office Courtney showed me everything I needed to know and I was fine ! I was going to have to pay uhaul for a truck and go get it so this made everything so easy ! Thank you guys

Moving during covid is so stressful, Courtney at my storage helped me make this simple. I needed boxes, so she took my card over the phone and placed the boxes right out side so there was no contact ! And oh my, looks can be deceiving you should see this office it is so beautiful and clean totally not what I expected!
