(April 19, 2021, 4:17 pm)I have always found staff to be understanding and easy to communicate with. If there was one flaw, I would state they haven't been able to fix the crack in the cement foundation that was placed over time in my basement unit - but that was due to Covid which put restraints on their budgeting no doubt so I don't hold it against them. That said, they are easy to work with if you talk to them calmly, reasonably, rationalizing what you need and how to respond to them. Thank you for 10+ years of support.

Waiting list are long but be not discouraged apply a.s.a.p.
