(September 24, 2020, 8:14 pm)Update: if I stick to bagels, somehow those end up toasted much better. My last several orders have been much better, I do appreciate the improvement. Generally the line moves VERY fast so I will say that.
Original review: You literally ignored my requests entirely - just say that you won't be able to do what I've asked and I'll go somewhere else. I asked for "extra toasted" because if I don't, the English muffin is barely even warm and very soggy. I also asked for real cheddar (and paid for it) because that's what I prefer. Instead, I got processed cheese and a slightly warm, soggy English muffin.
