The technician was very responsive and informative. I appreciated how they kept me updated on the progress of my RV without approval work being done to it until we talked through all options first! I am in an RV park and many of my neighbours have used Walter's RV for various repairs. We were in need of a new deck and had a few companies provide quotes. Walter'S RV was the only company to come to our trailer and used a deck template for us to indicate where we would like our stairs placed. He was very informative and not pushy. We told him we would discuss and call him. Best decision ever. Our deck is incredible. We gets lots of compliments. Highly recommend.

They installed and set up our new trailer, built our gorgeous deck, created a great privacy wall, skirted our trailer and deck with wood (didn’t budge an inch over the winter), quickly and courteously handled new trailer questions and manufacture warranty items, creative thinking with innovative ideas, winterizing of trailer, and the list goes on and on.
