Stephen was extremely professional. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything he was talking about in very simple, easy to understand terms. My experience with Stephen was outstanding and my wife and I both walked away thinking that he is basically Bill Nye the Mold Guy! The resources on his website were very helpful and he even recommended that we visit his site and listen to some of his podcasts before booking him in case they answered our questions to save us time and money, top notch. He inspected our home as a system from outside in, top to bottom, and then provided a detailed analysis of the problem area. He suggested a plan of action for how to deal with our mold issues and multiple different places we could call for the work if we wanted a professional to help stop the problem at the source.
