Hope's classes are perfect! Group fitness with a personal touch. It's fun and engaging and she manages to challenge each of us in just the right way.

Hope is absolutely amazing! She is passionate about women’s health, fitness, nutrition and well being. I have attended her fitness classes for 4 years and she is constantly modifying and adapting her offerings. Classes offer lots of varieties and she pushes you to achieve your best. I have also been involved with her online group nutrition and weight loss program which is fantastic!

I have been attending Hope’s classes for several years and I have benefited greatly from her expertise and enthusiasm she pours into all her classes. I appreciate that she takes the time to explain what we are doing and is quick to correct our form to prevent injury. She has the perfect combination of excercise, nutritional knowledge and general well being for women. Would highly recommend any of Hope’s programs.
