In the midst of a Province wide lockdown due to COVID-19 your company replaced my broken water heater in less than 24 hours from the time it starting emptying itself . The fact that my water heater is electric made that an even bigger feat as you deal in gas heaters.

Just purchased a Mitsubishi Mini-split Air conditioner/Heat Pump from British Empire Fuels in Bobcaygeon. Wanted to comment on what a fantastic company they are. The salesman Michael was terrific and took all our needs into consideration and offered the perfect solution for our home. The technician Erik (and assistant) were thoroughly professional and did an amazing job not only installing but by giving us a great tutorial on how to operate the A/C. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend British Empire Fuels.

We switched to British Empire Fuels after being very unhappy with one of the larger propane companies. British Empire Fuels' pricing is reasonable (much better than the competitor we were dealing with previously) and their customer service is top notch. They fill our tanks when needed and we have had no problems or complaints! Highly recommend.
