Most negative reviews are from people saying it took them 50 minutes to see a doctor or because a specialist is not able to take new patients without a referral.
Coming from an area where you were lucky to have a family doctor and even if you had an appointment wait time was typically one to two hours, this sounds like whining. Giving single star based on delays rather than basing it on the quality of the medical services is darn petty.
