(June 23, 2018, 12:32 pm)if I could rate a 10, I would. I have to say that Roxanne tops my list by far. She definitely enjoys what she does and puts pride into her work. The flower arrangements this lady put together for my spouse’s grave is gorgeous. Ive gotten many compliments in the past week. I’ve bought and received many flowers over the years, but never have I seen such beautiful and colourful arrangements. When you walk into her shop, you feel welcome. It has this touch of charm.
