The poutine is great, as others have remarked, and the staff is very friendly. It's a simple place, most people take out, but there are a couple of picnic tables there so you can sit outside.

Food is great. Hell, we drive from Pointe-Claire, QC to get poutine here. Only hiccup is the staff that basically didn't say hello or please or thank you even once

Poutine is fantastic and they are very nice and helpful.. We brought a friend who had a beef allergy and they handled it no problem.
