Dr. Caroline Thain is excellent.

I had gone to Dr. Thain Sr. here in Embrun since I was a small child and I always found him to be wonderful. Very friendly and excellent service. Naturally when I had children I started sending them there, and when my youngest needed to see an orthondoist I was thrilled to hear his daughter had just opened a practice here !

She was absolutely wonderful with my son Ben who unfortunalty had a dental issue that required braces at a young age of 7. She is fantastic with kids, he loves her and can't wait to go to follow ups. We had a small emergency when the office was closed and they followed up within minutes with instructions with what to do since we were camping at the time. The office staff is fantastic, very helpful with appointment reminders and all the paperwork. The office itself is very clean, bright , open and modern.

If we could just figure out a way for my son not to lose his retainer it would be perfect ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Seeing as Dr. Thain and I have been friends since elementary school, I had been talking to her occasionally about my teeth and how their slight movement over the years was bugging me. What I loved about Dr. Thain’s approach is that she never pressured me towards her services and reassured me that making the types of aesthetic (minor) adjustments I was looking for was a very personal choice. This made me feel comfortable which made the choice to select her as my orthodontist an easy one.

From my initial consultation all the way to my very last visit, Dr. Thain and her team offered exceptional and personalized service. I was very impressed by the variety of adjustment options they were able to offer, while also always providing an informed and honest recommendation that addressed all my needs and criteria. Through the treatment, the entire team at Imagine consistently addressed my concerns and questions in a timely and sensitive manner. The service experience was well above my expectations.

In addition to the service experience, my satisfaction with the result exceeded my expectations. It is interesting how, although the adjustments were minor, the difference it made is very noticeable.
As for the treatment itself, although it varies patient to patient depending on many factors, I opted for aligners. For those considering this type of treatment, keep in mind that it does require lots of diligence and discipline – which can get annoying. Since I’m in my thirties, this was outweighed by the convenience of being able to remove them, and by the fact that they aren’t as obvious as traditional metal braces.
I would do it all over again and would recommend Dr. Thain to anyone required an orthodontist.

Dr. Thain is simply amazing!

I went to her in January 2014 with a dream of having a nice smile by my wedding in June 2015. Dr. Thain was attentive and promised that she would make my dream come true.

As the months went on, I attended many appointments where I was greeted by Dr. Thain and her amazing team who were all very friendly and made me feel at home. Dr. Thain and the hygienist Linda were extremely gentle and calm as they worked on my smile.

In early June 2015, as promised, Dr. Thain removed my braces and revealed my beautiful strait teeth. My smile was more beautiful than I could have even imagined!!

Dr. Thain and her team made me feel like I was so much more than just a patient, they made me feel like a friend. It has been two years since I've had my braces removed and I still stop by from time to time to say hi and show off my amazing smile!

I have recommended Dr. Thain to many of my family members and friends and will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks.
