(September 17, 2019, 8:09 pm)They were extremely friendly, professional and accommodated me when I was available because of my profession, hard to go to the dealer when you work construction. I was extremely happy with the service with the samll exception that they were to contact my spouse for pickup and she never got the call. They left the voice mail on my cell and I was out of town and no cell service, so both of us never got the message.

(January 3, 2019, 10:15 pm)I had my F150 serviced at Dupuis. They were polite and professional. They did all the work I asked for in the timeline we had originally discussed. They pointed out some other maintenance items I should consider for the future, but I didn't feel like I was getting a pressure "up-sell." When I picked up my truck it had been washed and cleaned, nice surprise.
