Prime Burger and Pizzeria

Prime has consistently made us great meals since their opening. Pizza - good, club sandwich good. fettuccine - good. Mediterranean salad good. Owner always in site when I pick up orders. I imagine Prime wil be more than prime once we're done with the new normal.

Delicious food at decent prices! California chicken burger was amazing! Good quality food (real chicken breast, big pieces of bacon, lots of cheese, large chunks of avacado, etc). Extremely impressed!

The good;

Food is good, I was happy.
Friendly service.

The not so good;

While this is being touted as a 'new restaurant' you will quickly realize there is nothing new in the building. I actually almost left. Why would you spin up a new restaurant and open it with this way, I don't get it. They have this exhaust fan in the parking lot and it's running at 80db. The interior is a mess. I swear, this must have been a restaurant before and they changed the sign, swept the floor and opened the doors.

Expensive as heck! I paid 50 dollars for 3 platters and that includes 1 drink and a 3 dollar tip. That seems REALLY expensive to me.

Guys, you have a great product and have a friendly staff but the establishment itself is a travesty.

Simply great food. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I got the truffle fries and the Philly steak, and everything tasted like a garden. Incredibly fresh and flavourful food, will be returning very soon. Hands down, the best I've had in this part of Ottawa.
